Return and Refund Policy

Refunds or Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order after payment but before the package has been shipped, we can offer a full refund. However, please note that a small refund fee of up to $3 will be charged by our bank. Once the package has been handed over to the post office, we are unable to cancel the order. Additionally, due to potential consumption during transit, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a product quality issue. Thank you for your understanding.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will notify you by email and reship the products. Once the delivery record shows that the parcel has been successfully delivered, Nic Vape Mogul is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location and closely tracking your parcel to avoid any issues.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at info@nicvapemogul.com. Our customer service team will investigate based on the photos or videos you provide. If the claim is verified, we will offer solutions such as vouchers and refunds.

Order Errors

If there is an error with your order, such as receiving the wrong items or quantity, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate the issue and provide solutions such as vouchers or reshipment of products.

By placing an order with Nic Vape Mogul, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms of our return and refund policy.
